Abstract
Istražene su ekonomske prednosti i nedostaci primjene regularnog i prebornog načina gospodarenja u šumama obične jele jednodobne strukture. Na izabranom objektu istraživanja unutar Gospodarske jedinice Škamnica (šumarija Brinje) koja je karakteristična po svojoj homogenosti, nagomilanoj drvnoj masi u visokim debljinskim stupnjevima, otežanom pomlađivanju i jednodobnoj strukturi istražene su mogućnosti uspostave normalne regularne i normalne preborne šume kojoj prethodi konverzija gospodarskog oblika. Vremenski okvir obuhvaćen istraživanjem je 140 godina. Kod obaju mogućih scenarija budućeg gospodarenja šumskogospodarska načela su na prvom mjestu, dok ekonomska služe za njihovu usporedbu i rangiranje.Nakon provedene terenske izmjere pristupljeno je simulaciji budućih scenarija gospodarenja koristeći simulator rasta mješovitih šumskih sastojina MOSES čija je točnost također istražena u okviru GJ Škamnica. Koristeći pravila budžetiranja kapitala uspoređeni su scenarij za regularni i preborni način gospodarenja te uspoređene normalna regularna i normalna preborna šuma. U radu su pretpostavljene fluktuacije ostvarenih prodajnih cijena sortimenata drva u budućnosti na temelju fluktuacija istih u prošlosti. U ekonomskoj analizi korišten je referentni šumarski kamatnjak (diskontna stopa) od 2 % te su kroz analizu osjetljivosti korišteni kamatnjaci od 1, 3, 4 i 5 %. Kriterij zemljišne rente i interne stope profitabilnosti najbolji su pokazatelji uspješnosti pojedinog scenarija gospodarenja koje treba analizirati isključivo na razini šume, a ne sastojine.U konkretnom slučaju GJ Škamnice scenarij za preborni način gospodarenja prema kriterijima budžetiranja kapitala i uz sve istražene šumarske kamatnjake ostvaruje bolji ekonomski rezultat. Zaključak je kako uspostavljena normalna preborna šuma bukve i obične jele po svim kriterijima ekonomske analize ima prednost pred uspostavljenom normalnom regularnom šumom obične jele.
Abstract (english)
Doctoral thesis examines economic advantages and disadvantages of regular and selection management system usage in silver fir forests with even-aged structure. Based on a research object within the Management unit Škamnica (forest office Brinje) which is characterized by its homogeneity, the accumulated growing stock in high diameter classes, difficult rejuvenation and even-aged structure thesis explored the possibilities of normal even-aged and normal selection forest establishing. Establishment of normal selection forest includes transformation of management system. Time frame of research is 140 years. In both scenarios of future management forestry principles come of first place while economic are used for their comparison and ranking.After the field survey the simulation of future management scenarios has been conducted using distance dependent tree-growth simulator for mixed forest stands - MOSES whose accuracy is also investigated in the Škamnica forest. Using the rules of capital budgeting scenarios for regular and selective forest management have been compared. Also, normal regular and normal selection forest were compared. In the thesis are assumed future fluctuations of realized wood assortment selling prices based on its fluctuations in the past. Interest rates from 1 to 5 % were used for economic analysis at the stand and forest level. Land rent and Internal Rate of return are the best economic indicators of each management scenarios success at the forest level rather than on forest stand level.In the specific case of Škamnica forest the scenario for selective forest management by criteria of capital budgeting and with all interest rates achieved better results. The conclusion is that normal selection forest of common beech and silver fir in all aspects of economic analysis has an advantage over the normal silver fir regular forest.
