Abstract	Generiranje testnih sekvenci na osnovi specifikacije protokola sa ciljem da se uzmu u obzir aspekti kontrole protoka i protoka podataka predstavlja vrlo zanimljiv problem. U ovom radu sam predložio rješenje ovog problema za protokole koji temelje na modelu proširenih konačnih automata (EFSM). Kao osnovu sam uzeo metodu Urala i Williamsa. Metoda otkriva međusobna povezivanja podataka i kontrolnih uvjeta unutar specifikacije koja je izražena u SDL notaciji. Prvo, generira se graf protoka koji modelira kontrolni protok i protok podataka za EFSM specifikaciju. Pošto selektiranje testnih sekvenci temelji na ''all-uses'' kriteriju, generirane testne sekvence sadrže isto tako i one sekvence koje su neizvedljive. Iz praktičkih razloga je potrebno izbrisati iz izlaznog niza sve testne sekvence koje nisu izvedljive. U ovom radu sam predložio uporabu simulacijskih tehnika za postizanje ovog cilja. Uporaba metode koja je dograđena simulacijom za testiranje izvedljivosti testnih sekvenci je predstavljena u praktičkom primjeru generiranja testnih sekvenci za testiranje signalizacijskog linka signalizacije broj 7 (SSN7).
Abstract (english)	Generation of test cases based on the protocol specification for the purpose of testing both controls and data flow aspects of protocol implementation is a challenging problem. In this work I propose a possible solution for this problem for protocols based on Extended Finite State Machine (EFSM) models. Basically, I use the method of Ural and Williams. The method exposes the control and data dependencies within the specification of the system given in SDL (Specification and Description Language). First, a flowgraph modelling the flow of both control and data expressed in the given specification is generated. Since the test selection of the method is based on all-uses path criteria, the generated set of test cases includes also the infeasible ones. For practical use of the method it is necessary to remove all infeasible test cases in an efficient way. In this work I suggest the simulation techniques be used for the purpose. The use of the method upgraded by simulation feasibility checking is illustrated under a practical example of test cases generation for SSN7 (Signalling System Number 7) signalling link test.
