Abstract | Tema ovog rada je uvjetovanost cjeloživotnog obrazovanja i zapošljivosti pojedinca. Cjeloživotno obrazovanje podrazumijeva kontinuirani proces pripreme za zanimanja koja proizlaze iz zahtjeva tehnološkog razvoja i konkretnih potreba društva. Zajedno s radom čini područje u kojem prosuđivanje nekih čovjekovih karakteristika ima veliko značenje ne samo u životu pojedinca, već i za cijelo društvo. Pored zahtjeva u pogledu motivacije i spremnosti pojedinca za cjeloživotno obrazovanje, u obzir se uzimaju tendencije gospodarskih promjena, zahtjevi tržišta radne snage, trend zastarijevanja stečenih znanja i vještina. Objašnjenja rezultata dobivenih analizom provedene ankete potkrijepljena su statističkim podacima o stupnju i strukturi obrazovanosti stanovništva Republike Hrvatske. Rezultati upućuju na činjenicu da bi višegodišnjim praćenjem kretanja ponude i potražnje na tržištu rada i ostalih čimbenika koji na njega utječu, bilo moguće predvidjeti buduća gospodarska kretanja i u skladu s tim, dugoročnim planskim pristupom pozitivno djelovati na njegov razvoj. Programi profesionalnog usmjeravanja, prekvalifikacije i doškolovanja mogli bi pozitivno utjecati na problem otežane zapošljivosti, obeshrabrenosti uzrokovane dugotrajnom nezaposlenošću i obrazovnu motivaciju. Reforma sustava cjeloživotnog obrazovanja može biti provedena samo uz strateški organiziranu obrazovnu politiku koja bi postupno nadvladala jaz između modernih obrazovnih trendova i standarda zemalja u tranziciji. |

Parallel abstract (English) | The theme of this paper is the requirement of lifelong learning and ability to
finding a job. Lifelong education means a permanent process that prepares for
professions, which result from requirements of the tehnological development and
concrete needs of a society. Along with labor it makes a field in which forming a
judgement about some human characteristics has a great meaning not only in the life of
an individual but also for the whole society. Besides requirements in regard of
motivation and capabilities of a person for a Lifelong Learning, tendencies of economic
changes and requirements of labour market, trend obsolescence of knowledge and
ability are taken into consideration. The results of analysis a poll and their explanation
was supported by statistic data regarding education level of the population Republic of
Croatia. The result indicate that by long duration monitoring the trends of labor supply
and demand and other factors affecting the labor market, it is possible to foresee future
economic trends and, in accordance with that, it is possible to affect development of
education positively by long duration planned approach. By development educational
motivation of programs of occupational directing, vocational re-training and completing
the education, it could be possible to positive influence one of the key problem of hard
ability to finding a job, discouragement after long-term unemployment and educational
motivation. The reform of the system lifelon learning can be carried out only along with
strategically organized educational policy that should gradually reduce and overcome a
gap between modern educational trends and standards of the countries in transition. |
