Abstract	Uvođenjem namjenskih tiskarskih informacijskih sustava u velike grafičke tvrtke postiže se trenutni uvid u sve poslovne aktivnosti potrebne za izradu pojedinoga grafičkog proizvoda. Poslovni procesi na projektiranju gotovoga proizvoda postaju transparentni, njihova izrada vremenski smanjena, a korekcija postojećih svedena na minimalne vremenske okvire čime se unaprjeđuje postojeća organizacijska struktura. U procesu primjene novog informatičkog sustava zahtijevane su posebne prilagodbe i unapređenja koja omogućuju da novi informatički sustav u potpunosti podržava sve aktivnosti vezane za specifičnosti proizvodnog programa tvrtke. U tu svrhu potrebno je u određenoj mjeri promijeniti neke postavke istog te ih prilagoditi potrebama tvrtke čime bi se dobio potpuno novi informacijski sustav. Za kvalitetno obavljanje navedenih aktivnosti potreban je određeni vremenski period monitoringa kao temelj unapređenja. Sve te aktivnosti monitoringa te unapređenja i prilagodbi novog informatičkog sustava, provodi ključni korisnik kao projektant nadogradnji uz asistenciju konzultanata koji na kraju prilagođava informatički sustav zamislima ključnog korisnika.
Abstract (english)	The introduction of information system application in large graphics company achieved an instant overview of all business activities necessary to prepare certain graphic product. Business processes in the design of the final product become more transparent, their preparation time is reduced and its correction is reduced to the minimum time frame, which improves the existing organizational structure. In the process of implementing new information systems requires special adaptations and improvements that have enabled a new IT system to fully supports all activities, processes and analysis related to the specifics of the production of the company and it was necessary to some extent to change some program settings and adjust them to the needs of companies which, in fact, results in new IT system. For the efficient performance of these activities requires a certain period of monitoring as a basis for improvement. All of these monitoring activities and improving and adapting the new IT system, implemented a key beneficiary as project updates with the assistance of consultants who eventually adapts ideas of key information system users.
