Abstract	Križno lamelirano drvo (eng. Cross laminated timber - CLT) inovativni je pločasti proizvod čija su proizvodnja i primjena posljednjih godina u stalnom porastu. Slojevita optimizirana struktura, s najčešće neparnim brojem slojeva, omogućuje mu dobra fizikalno-mehanička svojstva te nosivost u ravnini i okomito na ravninu elementa. Dosadašnja istraživanja grednih CLT nosača rijetka su i ograničena te ne postoje adekvatne smjernice za proračun u normama ili priručnicima pa tako ni u europskoj normi za drvene konstrukcije EN 1995-1-1. U disertaciji su prikazana eksperimentalna, numerička i teorijska istraživanja s ciljem definiranja novog analitičkog modela posmične otpornosti grednih CLT elemenata. Razvijeni su analitički izrazi za proračun posmičnih naprezanja kod procjene posmične otpornosti grednih CLT elemenata. Usporedbom numeričkog i analitičkog modela, definirana dva pojednostavljena prijedloga proračuna, primjenjiva svakodnevnoj inženjerskog praksi. Validacija analitičkog modela i predloženih pojednostavljenih prijedloga napravljena je usporedbom s rezultatima vlastitog laboratorijskog ispitivanja. Za laboratorijski ispitane vrijednosti posmične čvrstoće, analitički model dobro procjenjuje vrijednosti posmične otpornosti eksperimentalno ispitanih grednih CLT elemenata. Sukladno tomu, dodatnim parametarskim numeričkim analizama, validirani analitički model prilagođen je i procjeni posmične otpornosti grednih CLT elemenata s otvorima ili zasjecima. Naposljetku, provedbom laboratorijskih ispitivanja CLT nosača s otvorima i zasjecima, dobiveno je dobro slaganje s analitički procijenjenim vrijednostima posmične otpornosti.
Abstract (english)	Cross laminated timber (CLT) is an innovative plate-shaped product whose production and application has been increasing over the last decade. Optimised structure, with the odd number of layers, provides good properties and the capacity in- and out-of-the-plane of the element. Previous research on CLT beams is rare and limited, so there are no adequate guidelines in norms or manuals, not even in the European standard for timber structures EN 1995-1-1. Experimental, numerical and theoretical investigations, with the aim of defining the analytical model for shear resistance of CLT beams, are presented. The analytical expressions for the calculation of the shear stresses were determined. By comparison between the numerical and analytical model, two simplified design proposals are defined. The validation of the analytical model and simplified design proposals was made by comparing with own laboratory results. For laboratory-tested shear strength properties, the analytical model estimates very close the shear resistance of experimentally tested beams. Accordingly, with additional parametric numerical analyses, the validated analytical model is also adapted for the assessment of shear resistance of beams with holes or notches. In comparison with laboratory tests of beams with holes or notches, a well-matched analytically-assessed shear resistance was obtained.
