Abstract
U radu je predložena metoda optimalnog projektiranja industrijskih transformatora kojom se utvrđuju smjernice i postupci odlučivanja u projektiranju. Projektiranje industrijskih transformatora je multidisciplinaran inženjerski posao koji povezuje znanja iz nekoliko grana tehnike, nedovoljno analiziran sa znanstvenog gledišta. Utvrđeno je da za projektiranje optimalne konstrukcije transformatora ne postoji jedinstveni model i „najbolja“ metoda. Za razvoj metoda optimiranja mjerodavno je praktično iskustvo, koje je potrebno potkrijepiti znanstveno postavljenim modelom. Znanstveno utemeljenim pristupom i uz primjenu odgovarajućeg matematičkog modela može se unaprijediti pozicioniranje aktivnih dijelova u kućištu (kotlu) industrijskih transformatora. Rad je podijeljen u dva glavna dijela: definiranje projektne baze s opisom značajki industrijskih transformatora te utvrđivanje i provedba postupka optimalnog projektiranja. Rezultati rada mogu pomoći u razvoju budućih metoda i algoritama u projektiranju industrijskih transformatora.
Abstract (english)
This thesis suggests a method for optimum design of industrial transformers, which defines the design guidelines and decision procedures. Designing industrial transformers is a multidisciplinary engineering work, connecting the knowledge of several technical branches, and is not sufficiently analysed from a scientific standpoint. It was established that there is no unique model and ""the best"" method for achieving the optimum transformer design. For the development of optimisation methods, practical experience is relevant, which has to be supported by a scientifically posited model. Using a scientifically based approach and applying the adequate mathematical model it is possible to improve the positioning of active parts within the housing (tank) of transformers. The thesis consists of two main parts: defining the design basis and characteristics of industrial transformers, and the definition and implementation of the optimum design procedure. Results of this work can help in further development of methods and algorithms applied in designing.
