Abstract
U radu su opisane definicije i pojmovi upravljanja infrastrukturnim objektima kako bi se opisalo područje koje objedinjuje naziv Facility Management. Facility Management je multidisciplinarno zanimanje koje proizlazi iz teorija i principa arhitekture, inženjerstva, oblikovanja, financija, menadžmenta i sociologije. Navedena je razlika između održavanja, Facilty Management-a i Asset management-a. U dodacima su navedeni trenutno prihvaćeni zakoni i norme, te primjeri organizacijskih modela cjelovitog upravljanja objektima.
Abstract (english)
This disertation defines the management elements of infrastructural facilities in order to describe Facility Management. Facility Management requires a multidisciplinary approach combining the theory and the practical applications of architecture, engineering, design, finance, management and even sociology. The document describes the distinctions among Maintenance, Facility Management and Asset Management. Additional documents list current legislation and standard practice in the Republic of Croatia. Examples of organisational models for Facility Management are also given in the appendices.
