Abstract	Paradigma personalizirane proizvodnje nameće montažnim sustavima proizvode s visokim fluktuacijama u potražnji što otvara problem upravljanja montažom personaliziranih proizvoda. U trenutnim znanstvenim dostignućima javlja se nekoliko neistraženih problema kojima se suprotstavlja posebno osmišljeni APPINT model i indikator kompleksnosti radnih stanica predstavljeni u ovoj doktorskoj disertaciji. APPINT model omogućuje opisivanje montažnog sustava uzimajući u obzir nekoliko važnih aspekata koji utječu na proizvodnost: tokovi materijala, prethodnosti i vremena trajanja montažnih zadataka, raspored radnih stanica te raspored radnika i njihovo raspoloživo vrijeme. Indikator kompleksnosti radnih stanica služi za prikaz distribucije kompleksnosti opterećenja na radnim stanicama te njezin utjecaj na proizvodnost montaže. Posebno oblikovani APPINT model temeljen na teoriji grafova i linearnom programiranju daje rezultat problema optimizacije unutar zadanih ograničenja montaže kroz informaciju o proizvodnosti, dok indikator kompleksnosti temeljen na teoriji informacija doprinosi povezivanju informacija o kompleksnosti i proizvodnosti. Na taj način se ispunjava osnovni značaj ovog istraživanja, dobivaju se informacije koje služe kao potpora donošenju odluka pri upravljanju montažom personaliziranih proizvoda. Za provjeru valjanosti razvijenog modela i indikatora u stvarnom okruženju napravljeno je istraživanje na dva primjera iz industrije. Po završetku je predstavljen i razvoj programske podrške, kao i potencijalna integracija programske podrške u postojeće informacijske sustave u stvarnim industrijskim okruženjima.
Abstract (english)	Assembly of personalized products with high fluctuations in demand is imposed by the production paradigm of personalized products which opens the problem of managing the assembly system. In the current state of the art, there are several open problems that are solved by the APPINT model and the workstation complexity indicator presented in this research. The APPINT model makes it possible to describe an assembly system taking into account several important aspects that affect productivity such as material flows, the precedence and duration of assembly tasks, workstation schedules, worker schedules and their available time. The workstation complexity indicator is used to show the distribution of complexity loads on workstations and finally its impact on assembly productivity. A specially designed APPINT model based on theory of graphs and linear programming gives the result of optimization problems within the given constraints of the observed system through productivity information, while the complexity indicator based on Information theory contributes to the connection of complexity and productivity. In this way, the basic importance of this research is fulfilled, where information was obtained to support decision-making in managing the assembly of personalized products. To verify the validity of the developed model and indicators in the real environment, two case studies were made. In the end, the development of software support was presented, as well as potential integration into existing information systems in real environment.
