Abstract
Uvođenje digitalne televizije unosi mnoge promjene te zamjena postojeće analogne televizije donosi poboljšanja u vidu kvalitetnije slike i optimalnije uporabe radiofrekvencijskog spektra. Za proračun razine električnog polja koriste se predikcijski modeli koji u obzir uzimaju model terena, način prijema, modulaciju i druge parametre. U ovom radu dana je definicija pokrivanja, opis DVB-T sustava i OFDM postupka te ostalih tehničkih parametara. Opisani su neki od najčešće korištenih propagacijskih modela te je dana njihova grafička usporedba. Također, u ovom radu je opisana mjerna procedura za mjerenje pokrivanja DVB-T signalom na određenom području. Rezultati mjerenja su uspoređeni sa razinama polja dobivenim predikcijskim modelom korištenim od strane regulatorne agencije u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Abstract (english)
Introduction of digital television and replacement of analogue television brings a lot of changes, like improvement of picture quality and optimisation of spectrum usage. Prediction models are used for calculation of field strenght at particular area. Propagation models take into account terrain model, receiving scenario, modulation procedure, etc. This work contains definition of coverage, description of DVB-T system, analysis of COFDM procedure and other technical parameters. Some of the mostly used propagation models are explained and graphical comparison is given. Also, this work contains measurement procedure for measuring of DVB-T coverage and comparation of measurement results with the results given by the propagation model which has been used by Croatian regulatory body.
