Abstract
Provođenje prostorno ovisnog proračuna jezgre tlakovodnog reaktora je složen postupak koji uključuje globalni neutronski i termo-hidraulički proračun jezgre s mogućnošću određivanja lokalnih uvjeta u najopterećenijoj točki reaktorske jezgre. Kada se tome doda potreba pripreme odgovarajućih neutronskih presjeka s uključenom ovisnošću o termo-hidrauličkim varijablama poput temperatura goriva i moderatora te gustoće moderatora postupak se dodatno usložnjava, što nameće potrebu za postojanjem formalne procedure provođenja proračuna, potpomognute odgovarajućim proračunskim alatima. Procedura mora pokriti provođenje stacionarnog proračuna za potrebe gospodarenja gorivom i projekta jezgre reaktora kao i provođenje tranzijentnog proračuna za potrebe analiza sigurnosti reaktora tijekom tranzijenata i akcidenata. U radu su identificirani i opisani koraci potrebni za realizaciju jedne takve procedure. Mogućnosti i način realizacije navedene proračunske procedure demonstrirani su na primjeru stacionarnog proračuna izgaranja tijekom 21 ciklusa Nuklearne elektrane Krško. Prikazan je i načina provedbe realističnog tranzijentog proračuna u svrhu dobivanja najbolje procjene svojstava jezgre za vrijeme i nakon izbacivanja sklopa kontrolnih šipki u Nuklearnoj elektrani Krško, uz korištenje nekih konzervativnih pretpostavki kako bi se pokazao njihov utjecaj na ograničavajuće parametre jezgre. Za navedeni proračun korišten je trodimenzionalni nodalni računarski program PARCS zajedno s detaljnim termohidrauličkim modelom jezgre temeljenim na računarskom programu COBRA. Rezultat prvog dijela proračuna je mjesto najopterećenije gorivne šipke i njoj dovedena toplina. Ti rezultati su korišteni u drugom dijelu proračuna koji se temelji na računarskim programima FRAPCON/FRAPTRAN, a kao konačni rezultat dobiveni su lokalni uvjeti granične gorivne šipke. Udarni presjeci potrebni za odvijanje neutronskog dijela proračuna određeni su računarskim programom FA2D.
Abstract (english)
Performing core wide calculation for pressurized water reactor is a complicated procedure which includes global neutron and thermo-hydraulic core analysis with ability of determining local conditions in the most limiting part of the core. The calculation gets more complex when neutron cross section data dependent on thermo-hydraulic variables, such as fuel and moderator temperature, and moderator density, is calculated which imposes the need for developing formal procedure for conduction of the calculations aided with appropriate calculational tools. The procedure has to cover steady state calculation for fuel management and core design and transient calculations for safety analyses of transients and accidents. Possibilities and methods of realisation of the procedure were demonstrated on steady state depletion calculation for 21st fuel cycle of Nuclear Power Plant Krško. This paper shows one possible way to perform realistic transient calculation for the purpose of calculating best-estimate core characteristics during and after ejection of a Rod Cluster Control Assembly accident for NPP Krško, still using some conservative assumptions to see their influence on limiting core parameters. In order to do that 3D nodal code PARCS was used together with detailed thermal-hydraulics core model based on COBRA code. As the result of first part of the calculation location and heat input to the limiting hot pin were obtained and used in second part which is based on FRAPCON/FRAPTRAN code. Final results are hot pin local conditions. Cross section data necessary for core neutron kinetics calculation were calculated with computer code FA2D.
