Abstract
U radu su, na temelju postojećih (važećih) normi i standarda klasificirane hidroelektrane prema mogućim (raspoloživim) veličinama i izloženi su normativni propisi iz oblasti korištenja vode kao obnovljivog izvora. Analizirane su uobičajene strukture vođenja elektroenergetskog sustava, a posebno na razini hidroelektrana. Za razinu malih hidroelektrana razrađen je sustav procesne informatike sa parametrima koje učestvuju u strukturi informacijskog sustava. Obrađene su komunikacijske mreže sa naglaskom na MPI, Profibus i SCADA programe za sučelje čovjek-stroj. Za konkretni sustav od četiri male hidroelektrane na jednom slivu predložene su moguće strukture informacijskog sustava za međusobnu komunikaciju i komunikaciju u odnosu na nadređeni centar vođenja. Izvršena je ekonomska analiza projekta investiranja u sustav za komunikaciju i dano ekonomsko obrazloženje za investiranje u sustav. Analizom kriterija učinkovitosti predložena je optimalna struktura i tehničko rješenje sustava vođenja. U prilogu su date sheme vezivanja za jednu malu hidroelektranu, a koje su osnova za izgradnju sustava međusobne komunikacije i komunikacije u odnosu na nadređeni centar vođenja.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, Hydro Power Plants are classified based on existing standards and according to available and possible sizes. Also, normative regulations regarding the usage of water as a restorable resource are exposed . Standard structures of electro-energetic system management are being analyzed, especially in relation to hydro power plants . System of process informatics with parameters related to the structure of the information system is developed for small hydro power plants. Communications networks with emphasis on MPI, Profibus, and SCADA programs for humane-machine interface are defined as well. Possible structures of an information system that would allow communication between the plants and with a superior management center are suggested for a real system of four small hydro power plants located in close proximity. Economic analysis and the justification for investing in this communication system are also explained. Optimal structure and technical solution for this management system are proposed based on an efficiency criterion analysis. Attached are blueprints showing connections and wiring required for one small hydro power plant; these connections are the foundation for developing a system that would allow same-level communication between the plants as well as communication with the superior management center.
