Abstract
Rad opisuje primjenu protokola CAN za nadzor vatrogasnih sustava na vozilima. Osnovni cilj rada bilo je smanjivanje troškova i vremena proizvodnog procesa budući da i današnji centralizirani upravljački sustavi funkcionalno u potpunosti zadovoljavaju. Predložena je dodjela identifikatora poruka vodeći računa o važnosti pojedinih poruka za rad vatrogasnog sustava. Analizom vremenski najkritičnijeg sustava, automatske regulacije tlaka utvrđeni su vremenski zahtjevi koje CAN sabirnica mora ispuniti. Analiza opterećenosti sabirnice pokazuje mogućnost primjene CAN sabirnice okidane događajem. Sa ciljem smanjivanja konflikata poruka koje se šalju periodički predložen je način sinkronizacije čvorova. Napravljena je funkcijska podjela vatrogasnog sustava u podsustave koji se mogu upravljati pojedinim čvorovima uz opis zadataka pojedinih čvorova, pregled signala koje treba obraditi i blok shemu čvora. Kako bi se omogućila verifikacija sustava, izrađem je računalni program za simulaciju podvozja i vatrogasnih elemenata pomoću osobnog računala. Sustav je verificiran pomoću simulacijskog programa i LCD operatorskih panela koji se uspješno koriste u suvremenim vatrogasnim vozilima.
Abstract (english)
In this paper the application of CAN protocol for firefighting vehicle uperstructure control is given. The main goal is to reduce the production cost and time, because the modern central electronic control systems fullfill all functional requirements. By analysing the most critical system, the automatic pressure control system, the timing requirements of the CAN protocol are determined. An analysis of the bus load shows that event triggered CAN protocol can be applied. A sychronisation method is proposed with the goal to reduce the conflicts of periodic sent messages. The firefighting superstructure is divided into functional substructures which can be controlled with CAN bus nodes. For each node the tasks, signal overview and block diagram is given. To enable the verification of the CAN bus control system, a simulation program is written which simulates the chassis and firefighting elements on an personal computer. The described system is tested by using the written simulation program and LCD operator panels which are already used in modern firefighting vehicles.
