Abstract	U ovom magistarskom radu obrađen je problem uzemljenja zvjezdišta razdjelnih mreža 10(20) kV s gledišta pojave previsokih napona dodira. U uvodnom poglavlju predstavljen je problem, dok je u sljedećem poglavlju izvršena teorijska analiza svih mogućih načina uzemljenja zvjezdišta. Treće poglavlje prikazuje stanje u Hrvatskoj, s osvrtom na postojeću zakonsku regulativu koja obrađuje navedenu problematiku, dok je u četvrtom poglavlju dan osvrt na stanje u nekim od europskih zemalja. Sljedeće poglavlje sadrži rezultate izvršenih mjerenja napona dodira u postojećim 10(20) kV mrežama sa zvjezdištem uzemljenim preko otpornika, temeljem kojih su, uz uvažavanje europskih propisa, u šestom poglavlju obrađene moguće ispravke hrvatskih propisa. Uz predložene ispravke propisa, u sljedećem je poglavlju obrađeno i alternativno rješenje uzemljenja zvjezdišta koristeći paralelnu kombinaciju otpornikkompenzacijska prigušnica. Predloženom ispravkom propisa uz korištenje prikazanog alternativnog rješenja, ne rješavaju se svi problemi vezani uz uzemljenja zvjezdišta mreža 10(20) kV, te su stoga u osmom poglavlju prikazana neka od suvremenih tehnoloških rješenja koja se koriste u razvijenim europskim zemljama, kao što je primjena kompenzacijske prigušnice uz novorazvijenu pripadnu numeričku zaštitu. U posljednjem devetom poglavlju iznijeta su zaključna razmatranja obrađene problematike.
Abstract (english)	This magisterial study explains the problem of neutral grounding MV (medium voltage) networks in point of view too tall touch voltages. In preliminary chapter is represent the main problem, while in next chapter is accomplished theoretical analysis all possible ways of neutral point earthing. Third chapter manifest situations in Croatia, with retrograde on existent lawful regulation which exposes mentioned problems. Fourth chapter shows retrospect on conditions in some european cuntries. Next chapter contains results about accomplished measures of touch voltages in existing MV (medium voltage) distribution networks with resistance earthing. In assistance of them and respecting european regulations, in sixth chapter are exposed alternative solutions of neutral point earthing, using parallel combination resistor-arc suppression coil. By proposed correction of regulations, beside using alternative solution who is represent, all problems conected with neutral grounding MV distribution networks, can′t be resolved. For that reason in eighth chapter are exposed some of contemporary, modern technological solutions, which are used in all developed european countries, like it is, for example application of arc suppression coil by new-developed belong numerical protection. Last chapter brings out final conclusions of explained problematic.
