Abstract	U radu se sistematično razrađuju pojmovi elektromagnetske kompatibilnosti (EMC), elektromagnetske smetnje (EMI) i elektromagnetske osjetljivosti (EMS). Razrađeni su uzroci EMC problema i pristup njihovom rješavanju usklađenjem s relevantnim normama. Obrađene su norme za EMC uređaja, kao i norme za štetne utjecaje elektromagnetskog polja na ljude, gorivo i streljivo, naročito u elektromagnetskoj okolini ratnog broda. Razmatra se usklađenje s normama pomoću mjerenja i pomoću proračuna jakosti elektromagnetskog polja numeričkim postupcima. U tom smislu je mjerenjem jakosti polja i numeričkim proračunom obrađen problem eventualnog štetnog zračenja najvažnijih brodskih radio uređaja na ratnom brodu. Pokazano je da posada broda nije izložena štetnom djelovanju elektromagnetskog polja, ali da postoji opasnost od elektromagnetskog zračenja za streljivo i gorivo.
Abstract (english)	The definitions and problems of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), electromagnetic interference (EMI) and electromagnetic susceptibility (EMS) are sistematicaly discussed in this thesis. The sources of EMC problems and approaches of solving those problems by compliance with relevant standards were considered. EMC, HERP (Hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation to Personnel), HERF (Hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation to Fuel) and HERO (Hazards of Electromagnetic Radiation to Ordnance) standards were considered, especially in the shipboard electromagnetic environment. Compliance with standards is achieved by electromagnetic field measurement and calculation by numerical methods. Those procedures were used to analyze the problem of potentially harmful radiation from the most important shipboard radio equipment. The analysis shows that ship personnel electromagnetic exposure is within safe limits, but there is evident hazard of electromagnetic radiation to fuel and ordnance onboard a ship.
