Abstract
Rad se sastoji od nekoliko zasebnih, no međusobno prožetih cjelina. Nakon uvoda u problematiku prikazane su temeljne sastavnice distribucijske elektroenergetske mreže i dan je pregled pouzdanosti distribucijskog sustava. Održavanje utemeljeno na upravljanju rizicima je najnoviji pristup u ocjeni rizika kvara opreme i posljedica koje takav kvar može prouzročiti na funkcioniranje distribucijske mreže. Uvođene pojma rizika omogućuje modeliranje kvara opreme i procjene očekivane posljedice kvara na puno realističniji način. Jednostavnije rečeno, kvantifikacija rizika omogućuje određivanje optimalne razine rizika s čijim se određivanjem usmjeravamo k najučinkovitijoj strategiji održavanja u distribucijskim mrežama. Područje upravljanja rizicima i analize rizika proisteklih iz kvarova nastalih u distribucijskoj elektroenergetskoj mreži su zasebna cjelina koja se je razmatrala. U ovom radu je također analizirano stanje opreme distribucijske mreže kako bi se utvrdile granične vrijednosti tj. vrijeme u kojem pojedinu komponentu treba zamijeniti ili na njoj provesti aktivnost održavanja. Usvojena metoda koristi zbroj ocjena pojedinih kriterija. Svima kriterijima su dodijeljeni i težinski faktori ovisno o dijagnostičkim ispitivanjima, pregledima, iskustvu i ekspertnom znanju. Konačna ocjena opreme utemeljena na bodovnom sustavu zove se indeks stanja opreme. Glavna skupina opreme na koju je stavljen akcent u stvaranju modela odlučivanja utemeljenog na stanju jesu distribucijski energetski transformatori. U disertaciji je predložena metodologija tj. algoritam optimizacije aktivnosti održavanja uz postojanje više suprotstavljenih ciljeva. Iznjedrena metodologija predstavlja sistematični alat koji treba potpomoći rukovoditelje kada donose odluke koje obuhvaćaju više ciljeva kao što su: prihodi tvrtke i dozvoljeni troškovi, vjerojatnost kvara sustava tj. planirana razina pouzdanosti, stanje opreme itd. Kada se ova metoda, utemeljena na Pareto optimalnosti, koristi u kombinaciji s ekonomskim ograničenjima pri analizi održavanja rukovoditelj može ocijeniti kako investicije i strategija održavanja utječu na financijske rezultate i stanje opreme iz kratkoročne i dugoročne perspektive. Usvojena metodologija integrira stanje opreme, rizike i troškove na takav način da donositelj odluke može odabrati globalno optimalno rješenje usklađeno s trenutnim poslovnim ciljevima putem težinskih faktora.
Abstract (english)
This work consists of several individual but mutually imbued parts. After introduction to problem a hint of fundamental framework of distribution power network and an overview of distribution system reliability was given. Maintenance based on risk management is the newest approach of equipment failure risk assessment and possible consequence assessment of that risk on distribution power network operation. Introduction of risk term make us possible equipment failure modeling and assessment of expected failure consequence on more realistic way. In simple words risk quantification enable us to designate optimal risk level. By optimal risk level we aim our efforts to most productive maintenance strategy of distribution power network. Risk management and risk analyses arisen from failure of distribution power network are the separately considered problem. In this work asset condition analyses was also conducted in order to establish borderline values or boundary time in which particular component have to be replaced or maintained. The adopted method utilizes the sum of several criteria estimation. Weighting factors were assigned to each of criteria depending on diagnostic testing, inspecting, experience and specific expert knowledge. The final overall estimation based on point score system was called asset condition index. The main component group of our interest in the process of decision modeling based on asset condition was distribution power transformers. The methodology namely maintenance activity optimization algorithm with existence of several opposite object was suggested in this dissertation. The proposed method present systematic tool designed to help managing persons regarding decision making about problems with several objects like: company incomes and cost limits, the system failure probability namely scheduled reliability level, asset condition etc. When this method, based on Pareto optimality, during the maintenance analyses is used in combination with monetary constraints the managing person is enabled to estimate how investments and maintenance strategy influence financials and asset condition from short term and long term perspective. The adopted methodology integrate asset condition, risk and costs in such way that enables decision maker to chose global optimal solution attuned to actual business goals by means of weighting factors.
