Abstract
U ovom magistarskom radu definirani su zadaci sustava upravljanja mrežom, te je prikazana usporedba dvaju sustava upravljanja: TMN koncepta, kao usvojene informacijsko-komunikacijske infrastrukture, i OSI sustava upravljanja. Opisana su svojstva bežičnih lokalnih mreža, s posebnim naglaskom na parametar sigurnosti i kvalitete usluge u takvim mrežama. Na temelju saznanja i iskustava stečenih kroz istraživanja, načinjen je model upravljajućeg sustava bežičnim lokalnim mrežama, uz dokazanu efikasnost takvog sustava. Na kraju je predstavljeno programsko rješenje kojim je simulirana pojava događaja u bežičnoj lokalnoj mreži i odziv na takav događaj uz pomoć paradigme mobilnih agenata.
Abstract (english)
This thesis defines some of the tasks of the network management system. Furthermore, it compares two management systems: TMN concept on the one side, as wide accepted information-communication infrastructure, and OSI management system on the other. Thesis describes properties of wireless local area networks, regarding to security and QoS in such kind of networks. The culmination of research is a model of wireless LAN management system, inside which I described a design of such system with prove of efficacy. At the end of the thesis, I introduced a simulation of the event appearance in wireless networks and answer on that event with assistance of the mobile agents paradigm.
