Abstract
Remanentni tok u magnetskoj jezgri može stvarati značajne probleme u radu elektroenergetskog sustava, posebice pri uklopu transformatora na nazivni napon. U praksi ga je nemoguće izravno mjeriti s obzirom da je zatvoren unutar jezgre. Iako postoje metode koje ga neizravno određuju, zbog njihovih nedostataka javlja se potreba za razvojem novih koje će moći pouzdano i precizno odrediti remanentni tok na kraju razdoblja neuklopljenosti transformatora, te odrediti remanentni tok uz očuvanje njegove vrijednosti nakon provođenja mjernog postupka. Cilj ovoga rada je razviti metode koje će moći odgovoriti na prethodno navedene izazove. U tu svrhu, izrađen je i laboratorijski sustav za implementaciju i ispitivanje metoda. Razvijene su i predstavljene ukupno četiri metode određivanja remanentnog toka u magnetskoj jezgri. Korištenjem prve tri metode, remanentni tok određuje se na temelju ustaljenog stanja uspostavljenog nakon uklopa transformatora na nazivni izmjenični napon te na temelju prijelaznog stanja uzrokovanog uklopom transformatora na nazivni izmjenični, odnosno niski istosmjerni napon. Međutim, primjenom ovih metoda, nakon provedenog mjernog postupka vrijednost remanentnog toka neće biti očuvana, što značajno sužava područje primjene. Iako prethodno navedene tri metode ne odgovaraju u potpunosti na postavljene izazove, imaju svoje prednosti u određenim područjima primjene u odnosu na prethodno poznate metode. Razvijena je i metoda određivanja remanentnog toka analiziranjem male petlje histereze, čijom primjenom remanentni tok u jezgri ostane očuvan nakon provođenja mjernog postupka, što značajno proširuje područje primjene. Naime, ova metoda može biti korištena i za smanjenje udarne struje magnetiziranja prilikom uklopa transformatora na nazivni napon, što je najveći izazov u praksi povezan s remanentnim tokom. Također, u ovom radu je procijenjena propagacija mjerne nesigurnosti mjerenih veličina za sve metode određivanja remanentnog toka primjenom adaptivne Monte Carlo metode.
Abstract (english)
The residual flux in a magnetic core can cause significant problems in the operation of electric power systems, especially during the energization of the transformer using the nominal voltage. Since the residual flux only exists within the magnetic core itself, it cannot be directly measured. Although some existing methods can be used to determine the residual flux indirectly, they have several flaws. Therefore, there is a need for new methods that can be used to determine the residual flux at the end of an idle state. These methods should be accurate and reliable; they must also allow the residual flux to remain after the procedure. This study’s purpose is to develop such methods. The laboratory setup used to implement and test the developed methods was created with the above criteria in mind. Four methods for determining the residual flux are introduced in this study. The first three methods determine the residual flux based on (1) the steady-state established after the nominal AC energization, (2) the transient state caused by the nominal AC energization, and (3) the low-voltage DC energization, respectively. These three methods have advantages over the older methods but do not allow the residual flux to remain after the procedure. The fourth method for determining the residual flux uses a minor hysteresis loop and successfully preserves the residual flux. This fourth method can be applied more widely than the previous ones. It can be used to mitigate the inrush current when energizing the transformer, which is the biggest challenge related to the residual flux. The study also estimates the propagation of mesurement uncertainties of the measured values for all four methods using the adaptive Monte Carlo simulation.
