Abstract
U ovom doktorskom radu prvo je opisan tijek razvoja društvenog poduzetništva od najranijih početaka do danas. Nadalje, opisuju se društveni poduzetnici i njihove karakteristike koje doprinose razvoju društvenih poduzeća. Opisane su individualne, organizacijske i institucionalne odrednice poslovanja te njihov značaj i utjecaj na rast društvenih poduzeća. Rast društvenih poduzeća u ovom doktorskom radu opisan je kroz broj zaposlenih tijekom godina u društvenom poduzeću. U doktorskom radu prikazane su metode, pokazatelji i strategije rasta društvenih poduzeća, ali i problemi koji mogu nastati pri određivanju pokazatelja rasta društvenih poduzeća. Problemi pri određivanju pokazatelja rasta društvenih poduzeća nastaju zbog prirode društvenih poduzeća i misije društvenih poduzetnika. Ovo istraživanje daje preporuke kombiniranja institucionalnih, organizacijskih i individualnih odrednica poslovanja jer je važno shvatiti kako se u svakom društvu odrednica može tretirati kao konkurentska prednost samo ako društveni poduzetnici imaju znanje kako ispravno upravljati i kombinirati ih.
Abstract (english)
Individual, organizational and institutional determinants of the business are described, and it is needed to determine which of the determinants have the most significant impact on the growth of social enterprises. The number of key factors has increased in this doctoral dissertation and their impact of determinants on the growth of social enterprises has been determined. The growth of social enterprises in this doctoral work is described by the number of employees over the years in a social enterprise. In the doctoral thesis, methods, indicators and strategies for the growth of social enterprises have been described, as well as the problems that may arise in determining the indicators of the growth of social enterprises. The problems in determining the indicators of the growth of social enterprises are due to the nature of social enterprises and the mission of social entrepreneurs. This research provides recommendations for combining institutional, organizational and individual business definitions because it is important to understand that each determinant can be considered as a competitive advantage only if social entrepreneurs have the knowledge of how to properly manage and combine them.
