Abstract
Prema pisanju mnogih teoretičara i znanstvenika zaposlenici, njihov razvoj i motivacija postaju pokretačka snaga i veoma važan element poslovanja svake organizacije. Prelaskom na tržišne uvjete poslovanja nametnuta je potreba razvoja zaposlenika koja pretpostavlja bolje i brže usvajanje i usavršavanje novih znanja, vještina i sposobnosti, a sve u cilju veće motivacije zaposlenih, veće produktivnosti i poslovne izvrsnosti organizacije. Prepoznavanjem ljudskog faktora kao temeljnog resursa u organizaciji, ali i menadžera kao važnog elementa motivacije zaposlenika i uspješnosti poslovanja organizacije, otvorila se potreba za dubljim proučavanjem motivacijskih strategija i tehnika, kao i specifičnih menadžerskih vještina i menadžerskih funkcija koje mogu odrediti najbolji put za postizanje poslovne uspješnosti organizacije. Od iznimne važnosti za opstanak u novom poslovnom okruženju, uz napredak informatičke tehnologije, naglasak treba staviti na ljudske potencijale kao najznačajnije poslovne funkcije. Izvrsnost je opipiljivo postignuće onoga šta suvremena organizacija radi i kako radi, uz nastojanje da će tako raditi i u budućnosti. Poslovna izvrsnost može biti definirana kao izuzetnost u praksi upravljanja organizacijom i svojevrsno konstantno pomjeranje granica ka zadovoljstvu zaposlenika, menadžera, vlasnika, kupaca i optimizaciji poslovnih rezultata organizacije. Uporan rad zaposlenih na svim nivoima te primjena principa kvalitete u organizacijama mogu dovesti do poslovnih procesa u kojima se radi bez grešaka, u kojima je nivo zadovoljenja zahtjeva korisnika visok, kao i nivo razvoja organizacije i principa upravljanja kvalitetom.

According to many scholars and scientists employees, their development and motivation become the driving force and a very important element of every organization. By switching to market terms and conditions imposed on the development needs of employees in the direction of better adoption and development of new knowledge, skills and abilities, with the aim of greater employee motivation, higher productivity and business success organizations. By recognizing the human factor as a fundamental resource in the organization, and managers as an important element of employee motivation and business performance of the organization The need for a deeper study of motivational strategies and techniques, and specific management skills and managerial functions that can determine the best path to achieve business excellence organizations . Of paramount importance for the survival of the new business environment, in addition to the progress of information technology emphasis should be placed on human resources as the most important business functions. Excellence is a tangible achievement of what a modern organization does and how it works, and efforts that will also work well in the future. Business excellence can be defined as excellence in practice management organization and a sort of constantly moving the boundary to the satisfaction of employees, managers, owners, customers and optimizing business performance of the organization. With hard work of employees at all levels, the application of the principles of quality in organizations can lead to business processes that are running smoothly, with high levels of satisfaction of user requirements, organizational development and quality management principles.
