Abstract
Privatne zbirke rukom pisanih recepata vrlo su rijetke i dragocjene, a određivanje njihovog podrijetla predstavlja zanimljiv izazov. Ipak, čitaju li se zajedno s ostalim dokumentima i materijalima umetnutim između stranica, mogu se percipirati sadržaji zbirke u smislu prostora i vremena. Obiteljska privatna zbirka rukom pisanih recepata bogata je umetcima koji nisu isključivo recepti. Dodatni biografski materijal pomaže u razumijevanju tragova utkanih u povijest slavonske obitelji srednjeg sloja (Gerard-Nágy-Palčić) s kraja 19. i iz 20. stoljeća (Nuštar-Vinkovci-Osijek). Iako se o rukopisnim zbirkama recepata nikada nije govorilo kao o literarnom tekstu, neosporno je da postoji narativna struktura koja predstavlja literarni izričaj autorice/domaćice. Ugrađeni diskurs s nizom likova i glavnom pripovjedačicom omogućuje nam da rukopisne zbirke recepata čitamo kao priče između redova ili u samim receptima.
Abstract (english)
Private manuscript collections are rare and special finds, so decoding their origins poses interesting challenges. However, if read in conjunction with other documents and materials found tucked between the pages, we may consider the contents of the collection in terms of its place in time and place. Our collection of manuscript recipe books is rich in valuable non-recipe inclusions. This additional biographical material may help us read the traces tightly interwoven in the history of the middle-class Slavonian family in the 19th -20th century (Nuštar-Vinkovci-Osijek). Although manuscript cookbooks never attained the status of literary texts, they contain an implicit narrative structure and form the literary text of the housekeeper. The embedded discourse with a cast of characters and a central narrator contained in the cookbooks allow us to read the stories told in the spaces between the recipes or within
